Between 5 April 2022 and 5 April 2023, our median gender pay gap reduced from 9.3% to 8.1%.

We’re proud to serve over 7 million customers across the UK. Those customers come from many different backgrounds, and so we need a team who represent the same kind of diversity to best understand and solve their problems.

We’ve made progress on a number of our diversity and inclusion goals, like improving representation of People of Colour and women, reducing our gender pay gap to 4% and increasing the age diversity of our team.

With women now making up over 40% of our executive team, we've achieved one of our targets.

This Sunday was International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia, Intersexism and Transphobia. Our Monzo Pride theme this year focuses on how everyone can belong, regardless of sexuality or gender identity.

We've seen the best improvements in our gender diversity, where we've increased our representation of women in Monzo by 13.75%. But we need to do more for ethnicity representation as it's only increased by 4.02%.
