How do I cancel a pension transfer?

You can cancel a pension transfer whilst it’s in progress or within 30 days of the transfer completing.

We’ll try and send the transfer back to your previous pension provider but they may not accept the transfer back. If they don’t accept it, we’ll reach out to you and ask you to let us know where you’d like us to send the transfer. We’ll need to know the name of the provider as well as the policy number.
