You can close your Monzo Pension in your app by following these instructions:

If you opened your pension more than 30 days ago: If you have a balance: You’ll need to transfer your pension to another provider before you can close it. Once you know where you want to transfer your pension to, the process is pretty straightforward. You’ll need to contact your new provider and let them know you want to transfer your pension to them. They’ll get in touch with us and we’ll let you know once it’s done.

Once this is done, we’ll leave your pension open temporarily to receive any further dividends or interest you might be due, before closing it for you.

If you opened your pension less than 30 days ago: You’re able to cancel your pension within 30 days of opening it. We’ll close your pension and return the value of cash and investments held in your account, back to you (minus any tax relief). Please complete the form below.
