I can't connect my mortgage to Monzo

With your consent, we work with TransUnion who can show us the mortgages you have on your credit file. You can connect your mortgage by tapping here.

If you agree to it, we can work with TransUnion who can show us the mortgages you have on your credit file.

There are a few reasons why you might be having trouble connecting your mortgage to your Monzo:

Your address might not match the one TransUnion has If you can’t see your credit score in the app, make sure your details (like your name and address) are up to date. If they’re not, TransUnion might have trouble finding your credit file.

Here’s how to update your details:

  1. tap Home on your app’s menu

  2. tap on your Profile (if you can’t see that, swipe down on your card)

  3. tap the Settings cog

  4. tap your name, then scroll down to the details you need to update.

Your mortgage is new

It can take 2-3 months for new mortgages to show. So if you just got yours, you might need to wait 3 months and check again.

TransUnion haven’t got your mortgage

A small number of mortgages don’t get sent to TransUnion, so we can’t access them. Most mortgages do get sent, so it’s probably unlikely to be this. Unless you’ve got a mortgage with a smaller bank or building society.
