Why Monzo doesn't have branches
We believe that we can give you useful, friendly, fast service without branches.
For example, you can open an account with us in minutes on your phone, and chat to us in-app when you need us. The money we save from not operating an expensive network of branches is money we can invest in better service and new features that people really want.
There are some things that banks with branches offer that we do a little differently, like cash deposits. Traditionally you would have visited a bank branch to do this, but with Monzo you can do this at any 28,000 PayPoints or 11,500 Post Offices across the UK.
