To send payments
If you’re trying to send a payment in any of the following currencies, you can send from your Monzo app without needing to set up a Wise account. You need to be 18 or over to send international payments.
EUR (Euros)
USD (United States Dollars)
INR (Indian Rupees)
AUD (Australian Dollars)
RON (Romanian Lev)
You can't send GBP (Great British Pounds) internationally from your Monzo account.
If you’re trying to send any other currency, you’ll need to set up a Wise account and we’ll need your permission to use it. We’ll create one for you when you send your first international payment.
Tap the Pay section
Tap the Payments icon in the menu bar
Tap Transfer internationally
What this means for:
Limited companies
We might need more info from a company director on your directors, officers or beneficial owner(s) before you can get going.
Sole Traders
The account admin needs to set up international payments with Wise before you can get going.
