Making a phone insurance claim
Worldwide phone insurance is included in our Premium, Max, and Max + Family plans. It's provided by Assurant.
You can make a claim by logging into Assurant's portal by tapping here. You'll need to register your account if you haven't already.
Alternatively, you can call Assurant on +44(0)3301566696. Let them know your policy details, and they will be able to help you with your claim.
You can find your policy number in the app from the plan home, or on the confirmation email we sent you when you signed up for your plan.
Please Note: If you have Max + Family cover, only the policyholder can make claims at the moment. If a family member that you've added to your policy needs to make a claim, you have to make it for them.
