Problems with easy bank transfers

When you send an easy bank transfer, the money should appear in the account you’ve sent it to straight away. But it can sometimes take up to 24 hours.

There are a couple of reasons why an easy bank transfer might get delayed:

The other bank might have rejected your easy bank transfer

The easiest way to find out why this happened is to get in touch with the other bank directly.

Your bank might be having some issues or doing some scheduled maintenance

In the meantime, you can send money to your account with a regular bank transfer. Log into your other bank’s app or website to set up the payment.

Problems with scheduled easy bank transfers

If a scheduled easy bank transfer hasn’t arrived when expected, this could be because the other bank is having some temporary issues, or because they’ve lost the connection to your account.

Failed scheduled transfers aren’t retried automatically, so you’d need to make a manual easy bank transfer, or a regular bank transfer from your other account. If the scheduled transfers keep failing, the best solution is to cancel the existing scheduled transfer and set it up again.
