If you don't have a document to verify this, we can't update your address on file. However, if still you want a replacement card to be sent to an alternate address - let us know by reaching out to us in chat. We may be able to send you a new card to an alternate address.

Right now the only mail we send is replacement cards - so updating your address is mainly to ensure we have the correct details on file, and to update what appears on your digital bank statements.
