Changing your preferred name
If you’d like to change your name, just reach out to us. Here’s how:
Tap Help in your app’s menu bar
Search ‘Changing your preferred name’
Follow the instructions
If you’re only changing your preferred name, we won’t need to see any ID.
But if you’d like to change your legal name and preferred name at the same time, we’ll need some form of ID like a drivers licence or passport with your new name on it. Or you can use a marriage certificate or deed poll.
