Supporting your wellbeing

It can sometimes be helpful to tell us a bit more about yourself. If there’s anything that affects the way you deal with your money, how you communicate with us, or if you have somebody helping you with your banking we can use that knowledge to help in a way that suits you.

We’re here to listen to any support needs you have. These may be related to your circumstances such as access needs, unexpected life events, addiction, coercion or your mental health.

What can we do to help? We’ll reach out to you to get a better understanding of your circumstances. As well as addressing any welfare concerns, we can help you secure your account, add supportive account adjustments and discuss restrictions such as transaction blocks or payment limits. We can also share the details of specialist organisations that may be able to support you further.

We'll never share your information outside of Monzo, and we'll always ask your permission before we make any changes to how we manage your account.
