Old transactions not appearing and how to sync them on Accounting platforms
You can sync business transactions when you first connect to FreeAgent, Sage or Xero.
When you sync, you can go as far back as the start of your Monzo Business transaction history, 12 months ago, (or in the case of FreeAgent or Sage, your FreeAgent/Sage start date).
If you forget, you can still add your old transactions but you’ll have to export your bank statement as a CSV file and upload it to the accounting platform.
To get a statement:
head to your Home app
tap the three dots under your balance
tap statements
choose your dates
choose CSV as your file type
If you’ve already uploaded past transactions to FreeAgent/Sage/Xero, we recommend that you don’t re-sync these when you connect to FreeAgent/Sage/Xero. This could create duplicates.
