Transaction not appearing in accounting tool (Freeagent, Sage or Xero)
For FreeAgent, Sage and Xero, we sync all transactions in your Monzo bank feed to your accounting tool, daily, every few hours. To check when the last sync happened, head to your Home tab and scroll down to Accounting Tools.
If you’re missing transactions dated before your most recent sync, it’s best to [manually export them] (https://monzo.com/help/business-accounts/manual-export-transactions-accounting-tools/).
For QuickBooks, you should check with QuickBooks how regularly they sync.
