International payment hasn't arrived

Although many international payments arrive same day, some may take a few days to arrive.

If you haven't got your money after 3 working days, we'd recommend getting in touch with the sending bank and ask for the “UETR” (Unique end to end reference).

Quite often other banks run extra checks on payments before they send them. Once we receive the payment, we'll send it to your account straight away.

Please also triple check your IBAN (International Bank Account Number). You can find your IBAN by following this article. You’ll have a different IBAN for your personal, joint, or business accounts.
