Access levels on Monzo Business
Choose what level of access each team member has to the account: admin, collaborator or expense cardholder (Team only).
Admin – can see and do everything the account owner can, including making account changes.
Collaborator – can day-to-day tasks like bookkeeping and payments. Get Team from £25 a month and you can set limits for collaborators. Ts&Cs apply.
Expense cardholder – can spend on their expense card and view their activity, but nothing else. Only available with Team, which starts from £25 a month. Ts&Cs apply.
Collaborators and Expense cardholders can’t do these things:
invite or remove other people
use the Current Account Switching Service
close the account
update business details like your logo
increase payment limits
apply for loans
change your account plan
If you're an Admin, you can see and edit your team members access level in the app by tapping on 'Team members'.
