Closing your business account
You can leave us when you like (but we’ll be sorry to see you go):
make sure you have changed your account plan to Lite to get any fee refund you are owed.
make sure your total balance is £0
tap Close your business account. Or head to settings and swipe down to tap Close account
We’ll email you to confirm we’ve closed your account and we’ll attach a final statement of all your transactions (it’ll be password protected, but we’ll text you the password).
If you change your mind, you’ll need to wait 30 days before reapplying. We can’t guarantee we’ll open a new account for you, but we’ll check if you’re still eligible.
