We base your factors on the latest information from your TransUnion credit reports.

Lenders report to credit reference agencies once a month. So, for example, if you have a credit card and pay off some of your balance in June, your lender will report that at some point in July. You might need to wait for updates to be reflected in your credit report.

If you need more up-to-date information, speak to your lenders or add your other accounts to Monzo (included in your plan).
