How to set up and change a team member’s payment limits

You can set or edit control limits for Collaborators in the app.

You can set both a monthly card spend limit and a daily bank transfer limit. Any card payment attempted over the limit will be declined and any transfers that go over the member’s daily limit are sent to the Admin(s) for review and approval.

Business Banking Payment approvals

To change a business member’s limits:

  1. Tap the 'Home' icon in the bottom menu.

  2. Scroll down and tap on 'Team members'.

  3. From there you can tap each business member to see their current limits as well as change them.
