Freezing or replacing your child’s card
If your child’s card is lost or stolen, the first thing to do is freeze it so that no one else can use it.
You can do this for them in your app (your child can also do this if they have the app):
On your Home screen, go to your Under 16s account and tap the Card.
Tap Freeze card.
Tap to defrost if it turns up, and it will work again as normal.
If their card doesn’t turn up, you’ll need to order a new one for them. Children can’t order replacement cards.
To order a new card for your child:
On your Home screen, go to your Under 16s account and tap the Card.
Scroll down to Order new card.
Follow the steps to complete the replacement card order. There’s a £5 replacement fee for child cards.
