Viewing my Under 16s account
Your Monzo accounts – including your Under 16s accounts – sit towards the top of your Home screen.
Card actions
On your Under 16s account you’ll see a Card button.
Tapping it lets you access the card details, including the long card number and CVC. As always, you’ll need to prove it’s you by either showing your face or fingerprint, or entering your PIN, before we reveal any information.
Tapping the Card button also takes you to:
Reveal PIN - Tap to reveal your child’s PIN and show it to them in case you or they have forgotten it. To keep them safe, only you can see your child’s PIN.
Freeze card - Tap to freeze your child’s card if it’s lost or stolen. They can also do this if they have the app. Tap to defrost if it turns up, and it will work again as normal.
Account actions
On your accounts, you’ll see 3 dots in the bottom right-hand corner of the Card which you can tap to reveal account actions. On your Under 16s accounts, you can go to:
Add money
Show login QR code
Bank statements
Spending limits
Scheduled payments
Blocked categories
Account activity
You can see your child’s activity, including their latest payments, in their Activity section.
